Jim and Debbie Strietelmeier along with their family, lead the ministry at Neighborhood Fellowship church, and are vitally involved in working within the neighborhood to show the love of Christ. They care for the poor on the near east side of Indianapolis by ministering to individuals’ souls, minds and bodies. Some of the ways this is carried out practically is by providing a hot meals program, a free medical clinic, housing the Neighborhood Academy (K-12) Christian school and offering counseling and crisis intervention.
Neighbors can come to Neighborhood Fellowship and receive gently used shoes, clothing, furniture as well as visit the food pantry and organic garden.

Team Quebec is a church planting ministry. Two churches have been planted in the last twenty years by Team Quebec. Church planting involves evangelism, discipleship, and leadership training. Team Quebec is fully committed to equipping these churches and individual members to face the challenges of a post-Christian society in Quebec. Work has begun to create a Christian Forum in Quebec, which will equip the 21st century Quebec church to meet the challenges of a post-Christian society by renewing its thinking and involvement in the world. The Forum will function in conjunction with other Christian organizations and leaders within Quebec Province.
