Midweek Update

Our First In-Person Gathering

This Sunday, we will gather as a church family in two different ways:
  1. We will continue our online service at 10am, but it will now be a true livestream.
  2. We welcome anyone to join us at 10am, in our building, for our worship service.

Tell Us Your Plans | RSVP

We want you to feel fully empowered and supported in your decision to attend either online or in-person. Please let us know here whether you plan to join via livestream or in-person.

What To Expect

For those of you who plan to gather with us in our church building at 10am, here is what you can expect:
  • Arrive on Time: Ideally, we ask that you arrive between 9:45-10am. This will help us get everyone seated to avoid distractions for our livestream audience.
  • Parking: We are only entering into our building through the main entrance, so plan to park towards the front.
  • Social Distancing: We will follow the CDC guidelines for social distancing. For seating, every other row will be blocked off. Also, households or individuals will sit 6 feet apart. Plan to bring and wear your own mask, though we will provide masks for those who do not have one. Children under 2, along with those who have health/breathing conditions, do not need to wear masks.
  • Overflow Room: The Worship Center can seat approximately 250 people with social distancing. We will also livestream the service into Fellowship Hall for an additional ~100 people. For now, this allows us to only need to offer one service. The Overflow Room will also allow families with littles who are wiggly to have a place to continue to worship in-person.
  • Service Format: The service format will continue to reflect the general format of our online service, which is one hour long.
  • Children: We will not offer nursery care or Sunday school classes at this time.
  • Restrooms: We will have one restroom available for emergencies, and we will clean it between use. Please use your restroom at home before coming.
  • Catch Up After the Service: We encourage everyone to chat and catch up outside after the service concludes.
RSVP: Once more, please let us know here whether you plan to join via livestream or in-person.
Though we know that many of these temporary changes are not ideal, we sure look forward to seeing many of you soon!
